We accept most insurance plans, private pay clients, worker's compensation, and motor vehicle insurance. Each insurance, is pre-verified by our staff prior to your first appointment, and we will advise you if there are any problems.
Contact your Physician and obtain a prescription for physical therapy, and then contact one of our offices: Washington Township 856.256.8393, or Merchantville 856.661.0200. Our Office Managers are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm to answer any questions you may have, as well as set you up for your evaluation within 48 hours.
